Estava tudo limpo e organizado, os móveis em perfeito estado.
Poderia ter uma coberta um pouco mais quente, apesar de o ar condicionado ter a função quente, uma cobertinha mais grossa já teria sido suficiente pra não sentirmos frio rs

Instalações novas, o anfitrião instalou berço para o bebê! Decoração atual, possui filtro.
Sofá não tinha um cheiro muito bom. Moradores do prédio estendem roupas na varanda.

Localização ótima, funcional e auto explicativa. Toalhas limpas.
Limpeza deixou muito a desejar, roupa de cama e travesseiros sujos. Com a sensação de que não havia sido nada limpo do ultimo hospede. Acredito que não todos os apartamentos, mas o 01 é muito barulho devido a avenida.
