Não é tão próximo das cataratas, mas passa ônibus em um ponto próximo, limpeza impecável, cama e edredom maravilhosos, cozinha bem completa, secador de cabelo, o acesso digital ao portão é fácil e o proprietário atendeu prontamente quanto a um problema no acesso ao portão.
Sentimos falta do fornecimento de um pano de prato e o isolamento acústico é muito ruim, os vizinhos colocaram a TV altíssima de madrugada e dava pra ouvir tudo.
