Great location, breathtaking views, the property being very well equipped.

Hands down, one of the best accomodation that we have encountered so far (and we have travelled all across Europe). The house is wonderful, the outdoor spaces are amazing and the view is to die for. Extremely clean, kitchen very well equipped, beds comfortable. Stavroula is an excellent manager. Always there when contacted, very kind, patient and attentive. We received fresh fruits, vegetables and lots of good advices. I could not thank her enough.

Balcony on the Rocks was a tiny bit of heaven for my small family. We knew it wasn't easy to access (the road is long and very windy) but that's what makes the area so peaceful and beautiful. The house is very rustic and charming but still quite comfortable with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the weather and view. I recall clearly how when we arrived the garden smelled so strongly of flowers and the sea. The manager and her family were also very kind and helpful. The local cats were also very cute and friendly. The beach it overlooks is the best in the area. We also loved the welcome package. The property also has some umbrellas you can use. Overall it's a fantastic place to get away from the world and truly relax.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the house to heat up leftovers, but we still managed just fine. It's true you can hear vehicles drive by on the road, but that's true of nearly every property in this area and it didn't bother us at all. Do be prepared to drive on some very steep and windy roads. The wifi could also be a bit spotty sometimes but the issues never lasted more than a few minutes. Also be aware that the only grocery stores in the area are quite small.
