About this apartment rental
Beautifully updated third floor condo in highly sought after gated Maravilla community. This condo was renovated in May 2022, will accommodate 6 people and has free Wi-Fi included. Seasonal beach chair service is included with your stay (2 chairs and an umbrella).
The family room has all new furniture, including a queen size sleeper sofa and 55 inch smart tv. The master bedroom has a new king size luxury mattress with smart tv, large closet and it own private attached bath with new vanity, mirror and lights.
The guest bedroom boasts a new queen size bed with luxury mattress, smart tv and closet. The guest bath is just around the corner and easily accessible from the guest bedroom and kitchen/common area. All new ceiling fans, light fixtures and luxury plank flooring throughout.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The kitchen includes several small appliances including a microwave, blender, coffee maker and a Keurig. Dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans and glassware are provided by us. There is also a washer and dryer in the kitchen closet for your use while you are here.
Maravilla is a gated community that boasts 2.5 acres of private beach access. Other amenities include two swimming pools (one heated), hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center and a basketball court. Grills are located near near the pools. Bike rentals are also available on the premises. Maravilla is centrally located off of the bike path and within walking distance of several restaurants.

This condo was very clean, quiet, and provided everything we needed for our stay. It is very comfortable and close to the beach access and pools. Location is great for shopping, restaurants and activities.

Rental was spacious, clean and updated! Loved the outdoor furniture on the deck too. Quick walk to the beach and the beach chairs and umbrella included were a great perk!! Check in and out was seamless and easy. Enjoyed the week at this unit in Maravilla.

A beautiful, very clean condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer, 3 tv’s, plenty of dishes and cookware, a great view from the balcony, a very short walk to the beach and daily beach service. What more could you want! We highly recommend this place!

This condo is fantastic! I honestly cannot thank John enough for the exceptional communication throughout our experience. We rented this place for three weeks and everything from start to finish was absolutely incredible. I'm an extremly clean and organized person and cannot relax unless everything is in order. I was finally able to relax while staying here. Very clean, organized and inviting. It truly did feel like home away from home. The decor makes you feel like you are at the beach but also gives you that home cozy feeling. The kitchen is fully stocked with items you would need, the living room has comfortable couches (including a pull out sofa) and the bedrooms have very nice beds. We were truly sad when our trip had come to an end. You will not be disappointed renting this place. The timely responses from John in itself helped make our trip pleasant. It was a breath of fresh air to actually have an owner care about its guests like they are family. My husband was rushed to the hospital at the end of our trip and I had reached out to John to see if we could extend our stay a few days if we needed to.. not only did he allow us the opportunity to stay an extra day, he even offered to help find us another condo if we needed to stay longer since he had another family checking in over the weekend. Then two weeks after we came home he still messaged us to check on the health of my husband.. Just incredible!!! Thank you! We cannot wait to come back!
