Welcome to The Oasis Cottage. This single level home is perfect for those that don't prefer stairs. The expansive gardens envelope your senses and surround the entire property with privacy. The generous outdoor deck/seating lets your guests spread out. Ample parking for four cars with the beach less than 5 min away.
If you are looking for a more relaxing, private property while having access to Destin and 30A restaurants and beaches, then The Oasis Cottage is a great choice. This newly updated cottage is full of sunlight and beautiful views of the outdoors. Spend the day at the beach but return to your vacation home in privacy of your own oasis. No highrise nearby and space away from neighbors.

New King Memory Foam Bed in the Main Bedroom, and New Full Bunk beds in the second bedroom with new memory foam mattresses. Just 5 minutes (1.5 miles) to 30A Dune Allen Beach Access. Grocery and restaurants one block away. Original oak floors and solid wood doors add to its historical charm. The open floor plan centers around a large island with seating for 6 with a large, stunning cypress top. The living area has 2 sets of french doors leading to an expansive deck. Entertaining is easy with the custom outdoor kitchen with Weber Propane Grill. Cooking is a joy in the kitchen that features stainless appliances, terrazzo countertops and a walk in pantry with loads of storage. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet with built-in shelves. The master bathroom has one-of-a-kind concrete sink, counter and flooring. Newly added second farmhouse bathroom with claw foot tub/shower.

Our stay was awesome. We were within a few miles of the beach, restaurants and more. There were many comforts of home and if there were any issues, the owners responded immediately. I would recommend.

Brett, the owner, is really good man. He was always here for us when we needed something. The house is very clean. We love the mattress and pillows, there were so comfortable! There were new toys, which was very nice surprise for my son. The back yard is awesome! All the appliances are new. The owner was thought of everything, he had left even a first aid kit. This house is beautiful place for families because kids can enjoy the back yard. Moreover, the location is excellent. Everything is close. It was absolutely wonderful to be there!

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying here for a week! The house is close to everything including the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and attractions. There’s also a really nice backyard area to sit out and relax after a long day. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Rosa Beach!
