Welcome to 222 Circle Drive—a bright and beachy St. Simons vacation rental in the heart of the island’s favorite neighborhood. Just across the street from Redfern Village and walking distance to Gnat’s Landing, Southern Soul BBQ, and Dulce Dough, this tabby cottage with Old St. Simons charm is one of those rare homes that feels tucked away but close to everything.

Inside, it’s all light wood, clean whites, and intentional flow. From the moment you step through the front door, the vibe is calm, comfortable, and quietly upscale. A flex room opens to the deck. The backyard is fully fenced. And the layout works for couples, families, or a long weekend with the dog and the in-laws (if you’re brave).

You’re 1.8 miles from the Coast Guard Station Beach, 2.5 miles to Pier Village, and less than 3 minutes on foot to shrimp ‘n grits, boutique shops, or some of the best donuts on the coast.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time in St. Simmons and 222 Circle Dr. Perfect rental! The house is adorable and well stocked for all of our needs. The fenced in back yard made it great to sit in the back and enjoy the privacy. We hope to continue to stay here was we vacation to St. Simmons in the future.

This house is cute and the location was fine but we were greeted by large, dark stains on the bedroom carpet.. clearly an animal had major issues in there. I was told it was cleaned but I can't imagine it was done professionally to still look so bad. I did contact them about it and was told it was cleaned but they'd come out again if I'd like - by then we'd bought towels from the dollar store and just threw them over the areas. The next day I found my dog licking a dried area off the kitchen floor.. when I wiped it, it looked like something that could have been left by an animal. I called the property manager and was told she'd contact the owner - I didn't hear back until the next day, so had already purchased cleaning supplies when they again offered to have someone come and clean it. Hopefully they've replaced the carpet with hardwoods or new carpet by now. The neighborhood is fine and we had a nice stay but the issue of cleanliness definitely put an early damper on the visit.
