Blisko do morza. W związku z tym cały czas było słychać jego szum. Dobrze zrobiony balkon, bo nawet jak wiało, to balkon jest na tyle osłonięty, że przyjemnie się na nim siedziało. Balkon od wschodu, więc rano w słoneczku było ciepło. Z balkonu było widać morze.
Czystość apartamentu pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Niedokładnie posprzątane, pajęczyny, pająki w salonie, w łazience przydałby się remont, pod prysznicem zapleśniałe fugi, wiele uszkodzeń w mieszkaniu, ruchomy stół, niedziałające niektóre światła, brudne dywany. Niestety widać, że właścicielka koordynuje apartamentem z daleka, bo jakość sprzątania jest niedopilnowana.

Lokalizacja super blisko morza,piękne widoki na las z boku na morze balkon jest od strony wchodniej z rana wita Nas słoneczko.
Mieszkanie wymaga odswieżenia.

Obiekt jest położony bardzo blisko plaży z pięknym widokiem na morze oraz wyjątkowym szumem fal. Poza tym na duży plus bliskość lasu.
Apartament w którym przebywaliśmy był pobieżnie posprzątany pod tapczanem był piasek i kurz, w lodówce żółte zacieki. W łazience pleśń w kabinie prysznicowej. W salonie na krzesełkach brudne poduszki, poplamione firanki i zasłony. Kanapa w salonie powinna być wymieniona bądź wyprana ponieważ jest poplamiona. Na lampie w sypialni kurz.
