Apartament czyściutki. Wyposażenie mega: piekarnik, płyta indykcyjna, zmywarka, pralka, odkurzacz. Czujesz się jak w domu. Dodatkowo internet i miejsce postojowe w hali garażowej. Nie martwisz się o miejsce dla auta.

Lokalizacja obiektu jest znakomita, przy apartamencie wystarczająca ilość miejsc postojowych dla pojazdów, dużym udogodnieniem jest winda , Obiekt miał znakomitą garderobę, szafę w przedpokoju, wystarczającą ilość półek w łazience i sprzęt do sprzątania-odkurzacz, szczotka, zmiotka, mop z wiadrem. Łazienka była wyposażona w znakomitej jakości i wielkości ręczniki.

Mieszkanie bardzo ciemne, beznadziejny mały, nieustawny balkon. Niedostateczne wyposażenie kuchni: kuchenka indukcyjna 4 palnikowa ale czynne były 2 palniki, brak suszarki na ręcznie umyte naczynia. Nie zawsze trzeba myć naczynia w zmywarce, która była w obiekcie .Na wyposażeniu 3 patelnie, które nie nadawały się na kuchenkę indukcyjną, zbyt mała ilość szklanek. W łazience zatykający się przez cały pobyt odpływ w umywalce i pod prysznicem. Chroniczny brak ciepłej wody od rana do południa. Suszarka na ubrania w śmiesznie małym rozmiarze. Dla trzyosobowej rodziny z dzieckiem nie spełniała swojej funkcji.
