Domaćin je susretljiv. Smještaj je na dobroj lokaciji, u blizini trgovina, kafića i restorana. Ima privatno parking mjesto.
Frižider gotovo da i ne hladi. U košari je ostalo smeće od prethodnih posjetitelja. Madrac je star i neudoban.
