Приветливый хозяин, который сразу определил время выезда (любое для нас и можно гораздо позже 10 часов, как заявлено). Апартаменты на первом этаже дома, где и проживает сам хозяин. Встречал лично. Территория огорожена и машина рядом с домом. Тихий район и тихая большая квартира. Все достаточно простое, но комфортное.
Кухня расположена в двух частях и приходилось ходить с посудой по коридору, но это было приемлемо. Нет кофе машины. Не очень все современное, но комфортное и достойное своей цены.

Das man zentral war zur Stadt es dennoch ruhig war nachts.
Man könnte die Wohnung modernisieren. Der Preis war mir dann doch zuviel wenn ich sehe was meine Verwandtschaft in anderen modernen Apartments bezahlt hat.
