Maybe the sofa could be covered as the faux leather is pealing off due to the geat I believe :)

Το καταλυμμα ειναι ανακαινισμενο, αρκετα καλα εξοπλισμενο, καθαρο κ σε ησυχη περιοχη πεντε λεπτα απο το κεντρο, με καλη ψυξη κ ανετα κρεββατια κ μαξιλαρια. Ομως, το κτιριο ειναι παλιο κ το βασικο μειονεκτιμα ειναι τα ξυλινα κουφωμματα, ολα τα μηχανακια που περνουν απ τον πεζοδρομο ολο το βραδυ δυσχεραινουν τον υπνο, απαραιτητες οι ωτοασπιδες!

Location that is very central and size of the flat
The flat needs urgently a refurbishment. The sofa was completely ruined and with stains. The walls need a new coat of paint and the entrance of the building is in a bad shape. The road is rather noisy with motorcycles passing all the time. Nobody appeared to welcome us, they just sent a message about the key. No other information about the area or Preveza were available in the flat. The rooms are rather small with only around 30cm between the bed and the side walls.
