Great location - close to town centre, shops and eateries. Parking included - a big bonus in Ambleside. Lovely view from sitting room and bedrooms. Warm and comfortable.
En-suite shower worked, but low power. Shower tray pitted and stained. Rickety wardrobes and coffee table. Should be cheap and easy to replace with decent second-hand furniture. None of these things would put us off booking again if we return to Ambleside.

The main bathroom could do with updating & en-suite had carpet in the bathroom.
