The location was truly amazing right next to the beach and main strip. The bathroom was nice and modern. There was a balcony with a pretty view of the beach and surrounding area.
We booked an apartment clearly listed as having 4 single proper beds, suitable for 4 adults (as also seen on their photos). However, one of the beds had been replaced with a small pull-out chair completely unsuitable for an adult.
When we contacted the host, we were told the original bed was broken and they “put this instead” which I don’t even believe, to be honest. Because no attempt was made to warn us in advance. Then the only “solution” offered was for us to pay an additional €80 per night for another room - just to receive what we had already booked and paid for.
When we asked for a fair resolution, for example a discount or a better room without extra charge, we received dismissive responses. The host even said, “we cannot imagine that 4 adults rent a studio” even though that’s exactly what their listing advertised and accepted the booking for. Instead of taking responsibility for the issue, they said they couldn’t do anything because the bed is broken and can’t be fixed. That’s not acceptable.
To top it off, they left a cheap bottle of wine (worth around €5) in the room. We don’t know if this was an apology or something they do for all guests. If it was supposed to make up for the situation, it only made it look worse for them.
This experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I can’t believe someone manages their business in such a way, especially in the hospitality industry. When something breaks and the room no longer matches the booking, it is the host’s responsibility to offer a proper solution, not blame the guests or charge extra.
On top of all of this, the towels had stains on them, the kettle was so dirty that it was unusable, and there was no shade on the balconies on the last floor. The other floors had awnings but ours didn’t, and unfortunately the roof above did not provide adequate shading.

Great location but really noisy
Its really close to the beach. Its clean there is a lady that cleans one floor every day so our room was cleared every third day. The kitchen was smaal but practikal.
Very noisy. We could hear what they were wispering in the other room through the walls. The noise comming from the road near by is anberable. The parking is one of towns torrents so when there is a rain you need to put your car elswhere.
