La Pierre

We chose this place because of its aesthetics. The hotel is small but beautifully designed in a Cycladic style. Thanks to the stone construction, the room stayed naturally cool even on hot days, making it very comfortable. The room was medium-sized, with plenty of shelves for storage and a nice balcony. The garden is also beautiful and creates a peaceful atmosphere. The host is not always on-site, but they live nearby and are quick to help whenever needed. The location is great, within walking distance of the port, restaurants, and shops in Limenaria. Although the town itself is small, it was the perfect base for exploring Thasos by car. We visited different villages and beaches every day and found it more convenient than staying in the capital.

The only downside was the towels. They were extremely rough and looked a bit worn, possibly from frequent machine drying, making them uncomfortable to use, especially after the beach. The hosts kindly replaced them when we asked, but for the price, I expected proper-quality towels.

Cycladic design, modern room, good internet.

The breakfast could be a little richer, but it’s better the many other breakfasts from other places.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The room was spotless, very comfortable, and the bedding was simply amazing. Breakfast was delicious and prepared with great care. The owner and her daughter are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely customer-oriented, which made us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we left with only good memories. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

The hosts are very friendly and ready to help. The rooms are new and very beautiful. Each one has a spacious balcony. Cleaning happens every day which is a first I've seen and very much appreciated. Parking is available within the premisses and on the street.
