The apartment is not in a very good shape. There was no running water in the morning we woke up! And it was not very clean…

Perfect location!

The location was amazing, with easy and close walking access to car parking, restaurants and all we needed. The service and response from owners was quick, pleasant and very helpful.

Lovely apartment on a quiet road

The hosts were absolutely exceptional. The location was maybe a bit further out but that was not us realising how spread out Monaco is and is not a reflection of the property.

It would have been great to have more than one set of keys and we would have happily paid for a late check out as having no concierge was quite tricky

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Monaco!

Great location! Beautiful street, lovely shops. Close to the beach - via a public lift and a short walk to Casino square. The apartment is very spacious and the air conditioning very good. It was needed as the weather was so hot during our stay. We were welcomed on arrival by a very friendly and accommodating host - Cecilia 😊

A nightmare in Monte Carlo with the host

There is nothing I like...

The host sent her daughter to meet us to get the key. They do not want me to pay via booking.com, but instead to pay cash. In today's electronic money era, I don't carry enough cash and then we agreed to pay by PayPal. I made the payment Euro 250 by PayPal but the host was not happy because there was a service charge of Euro 12.50 he had to pay. He refunded the payment to me and ask me to pay Euro 250 again plus the service charge of 5%. I told him that I need to see the refund inside my bank before any further payment and he did not agree. We kept on arguing for 1 hour and he insisted I make another payment + service fee. I drove 4 hours to arrive at the place and i must say i am so disappointed as the place is inside an OFFICE building. The host is so mean and unreasonable that they won't let me rest after all the driving to Monte Carlo and bugged me with another payment as they don't want to pay their bank fees. They can't even wait a few moments for me to confirm the refund is done. This host and place is terrible and unless you want an unpleasant stay in this beautiful city, you know well if you should pick this place.

The location is absolutely brilliant, one a very upmarket street with lots of facilities very close by. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

В центре на красивой оживленной улице, но тихая квартира. Есть все необходимое, уютно

Немного уже уставшая квартирка. Освежить ремонт мне кажется точно можно , но не критично. Все эстетично. А вот стулья либо нужно точно заменить или подкрутить чтобы они не шатались. Батарей в квартире нет. Пол плиточный был довольно освежающий. Но в общем и в целом все было очень не плохо.

Tutto, struttura sottoterra sporca e caotica in quanto stanno ristrutturando un appartamento vicino , terribile non ci andate!sono rimasta chiusa nell' ascensore ( che di ascensore ha poco essendo più un monta carichi) per andare al piano -2 per 40 minuti con mia figlia piccola, ho chiesto un rimborso parziale di una notte per il disagio causato non tanto dall essere rimasta chiusa che ovviamente non è dipeso dalla proprietà ma dal fatto che per la mia permanenza non potessi più usufruirne essendo rotto e con passeggino e tutti i bagagli è stato un inferno mi hanno risposto di no!il letto è piccolissimo non sicuro un matrimoniale ,il bagno inutilizzabile, le lenzuola sporche di peli, tutto buio sembrava un seminterrato !assolutamente non consiglio questo appartamento!è invivibile , ha un piccolo punto cucina che è inutilizzabile, dove c'è il letto attaccato, per questa cifra si trova nettamente di meglio!
