L'apartament està molt ben situat. Està aprop del ponte Vecchio i dels altres monuments, museus... i està davant la policia. En una primera planta amb ascensor.
L'apartament té algunes cosetes a millorar, com ara la mamparada del lavabo que no tanca. Coberteria bruta i escassa. La nevera petita ( està bé ) però el mini congelador està glaçonat i no es pot fer servir.

Abbiamo trovato un po' di cose non funzionanti o non funzionali... La porta della doccia era rotta, finestra con maniglia rotta, una presa e alcune lampade da tavolo non funzionanti, il microonde non utilizzabile causa porta che non si chiude, tazze e bicchieri sporchi e incrostati, mancanza di detersivo per piatti, cassetto armadio rotto e letto pieghevole per terzo molto scomodo, abbiamo trovato due set bagnoschiuma per doccia quando siamo in tre e non sono stati forniti gli asciugamani da bidet
