The most frustrating part was the complete absence of water on the last day, which ruined our entire morning and severely impacted our overall stay. Despite attempts to address the issue, communication problems persisted, exacerbating our negative experience. The owner's inability to effectively handle these situations reflects poorly on their management and hospitality skills.
