We had a wonderful overall stay—everything about it made our time there so special.The vacation rental was in a perfect location—close to everything we wanted to do (6min golf cart ride to the beach/3 minute golf cart ride to Baytowne/3 minute walk to the pool), yet peaceful enough to truly relax and unwind.The home itself was spotless and very well taken care of. You could tell a lot of love and attention went into maintaining it, and that made it feel extra comfortable and welcoming.And yes, the management staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and with genuine care. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish!

We stayed here for Spring Break. The location was central and convenient to everything. The backyard view of the golf course was nice and created a quiet place for morning coffee.The house is spacious, clean, and all of the beds and furniture were comfortable. Technically it is a duplex, but the layout of the building and the driveways make it so you don't really notice any difference from a stand alone house.Both golf carts were like-new and well maintained. We used them daily to go down to the beach, Baytowne Wharf, and to the golf courses.If you are planning a stay in the area, this is a great choice.

The house was easy to enter, and was well positioned in the neighborhood close to the neighborhood pool and on the golf course. The decor was nearly all updated, and house was very clean. Bedrooms were as described and we slept 7 comfortably. Two golf carts were convenient, and it was a bonus to have beach chairs, toys and other extras available. The house had bare essentials provided but that was noted and expected.

Really enjoyed our stay, check-in was easy, golf carts were a bonus, is the place to stay at sandestin for adults or any size family Near shops/restaurants and the two golf carts were great!
