Polished granite countertops and stainless steel kitchen appliances set the scene for culinary creativity. Preparing meals is a breeze thanks to a gas range and a roomy side-by-side fridge.

This single-story home sleeps four guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have smart TVs.
Rest easy in the primary suite, furnished with a stately king bed. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double vanity.
Comfort awaits in the guest room, furnished with a queen bed. The guest bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Swim in your heated pool or soak in the spa, complete with cascading waterfall features. The spacious poolside patio provides ample space to relax in the sun or shade.

LOCATION
Your Trilogy Polo Club getaway is a 3-minute walk from June Hill's Table, a popular on-site restaurant. The Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival grounds are 1.3 miles from your door, and the lush fairways of Golf Club at Terra Lago are accessible in a 15-minute drive.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property came as described. It is a newer property in a gated community that has thoughtful details and is well-appointed. The pool, spa, and firepit are beautiful and private. The additional cost for heating the pool/spa in January is a must. The only minor issue with the property is that it backs up to a busy road which generates some traffic noise, if that is a concern to you.

This property was a beautiful oasis in the desert close to the polo grounds. It was nicely decorated and very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool, spa, firepit and backyard area. The community restaurant was within walking distance and we also enjoyed the near by Tack Room restaurant. The management staff let us know that they were there to help us if we had a problem. We would definitely recommend this property for a stay in the desert.
