With the beach just footsteps away, Pelican's Landing 118 is situated on Myrtle Beach’s acclaimed Shore Drive, and is a great place to have a family-friendly vacation or romantic getaway. Welcome to this bright and sunny 1st floor 3 bedroom condo featuring a side window for great lighting in the living area and an excellent view of the pool and courtyard. This condo offers convenient access to the beach and pool and comfortable furnishings surrounded by classic beach inspired decor. This sleeps 6 guests with a king, queen, and 2 twins. Additional features include a washer/dryer, wet-bar area and 3 cable TV's and a Roku TV. Large 50" TV in living room helps guest enjoy those evenings together.
Unit is limited to the number of persons allowed under listed occupancy. The primary guest must be 25 or older
No Smoking, No Motorcycles or Trailers.
No Pets allowed
Only 2 parking space per rental

We were very comfortable & had a great time. The man who answers the phone & at check in was not very friendly but the lady was always very nice. The condo is very nicely decorated, loved it!

This is a really great place to stay at Myrtle Beach. A short walk to the beach. Very impressed with the amenities and the selection of kitchen utensils and items. Will definitely stay here again!
