Renovated cottage for 4 people in an old barn made of stone and exposed beams with its private swimming pool
The Gites Le Clos de Lamie extend over a park of 6 hectares surrounded by the Fournil of yesteryear of the village and its 2 bories all in stone.
Quiet and tranquil place with a rural and hilly landscape of meadows and forests.
Located 25 minutes from Périgueux and many tourist sites in Périgord Noir.
You enter through the living room with stone walls and exposed beams with a sofa bed, 107 cm TV, table + 4 chairs.
A very practical toilet on the first floor!
You continue to the fully equipped kitchen with its wall table and stools overlooking a large window. Open the bay and you are on your terrace, table, chairs and parasol welcome you for a good quiet meal and if you want to cool off, take the stony path that will lead you to the swimming pool.
Back inside, upstairs, the bedroom with its view of the park, a wardrobe, a dresser makes it up. A large shower room, a toilet.
Take the staircase that will lead you to the attic to discover 2 beds of 90 x 200 (possibility of bringing them together to form a single :)
