About this house rental
200m from the Plage des Trois Curés (see main photo) in Plougonvelin and close to shops and leisure (public swimming pool, sailing school, cinema, bars and restaurants), this holiday home, suitable for 5 people, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, is ideal for your holidays.
The 1st bedroom has a large bed of 140 (2 places); the 2nd bedroom, two single beds; the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. In the living room, you will enjoy a TV and a sofa. You can take your meals either in the kitchen or in the sunny veranda. The accommodation has a bathroom with a shower + WC and a bathroom (slipper bath) + WC upstairs.
Outside a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Facilities and services: 2 TVs, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a gas hob, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
Outside: garden furniture, barbecue.
Cleaning costs in addition 100 euros to be paid on site, to the person welcoming the holidaymakers, bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning.
Reservations can only be made from Saturday at 6 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. in July and August.

The house is about 5 mins away from a nice beach and other activities. It has three bedrooms. I think it would be a squash to get 7 people staying despite there being enough bedrooms. The downstairs shower/ toilet opens out onto the kitchen. The bath in the upstairs is half size sit down bath. There is parking for one car. There are lots of chairs to use both inside and out. The house needs an information booklet to help holiday makers navigate the amenities. Our washing was stuck inside the machine for two days. There is 4G but no wifi. The overall feel is that the house needs a bit of TLC.
