A very nice place, if only the weather had been better

As soon as we arrived the owner, who lives close by, came and spoke with us. He spoke some English and we tried to speak some French. The kitchen had a large fridge and there was a bottle of cider and a collection of pepper and other condiments. The bed was comfortable and there was a second television in the main bedroom. There is a good supermarket a few days drive away.

Unfortunately the washing machine was needing repair so it couldn't be used. However, as there are beds for 8 people but only one bathroom, perhaps the washing machine room could be converted to a separate toilet anyway. The weather was horrible when we were there so we could only look at the spa on the patio from inside.

Our stay

Great house, great location. Super clean, & chic modern style. Hot tub a bonus too.

The only thing that let the place down was that there were no basic provisions: no hand soap, no cooking oil, no milk (there was coffee & tea), there was salt but no pepper. We were on a walking holiday & stayed one night only - to provide these things would have been inconvenient as we can't carry them, a bit wasteful & involved unnecessary expense. The next place we stayed at had all these things (also a gift from the host of cake & local cider).

We had a wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful holiday. This house has everything you need for some days in a beautiful landscape. The kitchen was fully equipped including Raclette, Pans, Toaster, coffee machine and a water boiler. The owner is very friendly and lives next door. You will enjoy the evenings in the jacuzzi or with the wood-fired oven in the living room. The house was very clean. We stayed for 2 weeks, 2 adults, 2 children

Un bon weekend entre terre et mer je recommande tout de même si jacuzzi réparé

L’environnement la décoration les équipements et le poêle

Les literies pas assez ferme, et il manquait un meuble pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain sinon équipement il y avait tout. Le jacuzzi qui fuyait un soir où on a pas pu en profiter cela faisait partie de notre critère pour le choix du bien déçu à ce niveau. Côté poêle pas de stock d’avance il a fallu réclamer du bois. Une rencontre rapide avec le propriétaire qui a préféré qu.on laisse les clés sur table en partant plutôt que de recueillir nos avis dommage on aurait aimer discuter davantage.

Un logement chaleureux pour un séjour dépaysant.

L'emplacement pour découvrir cette partie du Finistère est parfait. Le côté coconing de l'appartement et son histoire. Une petite flambée est possible et un moment de détente dans la Spa privatif est un plus très appréciable.

Séjour parfait dans ce logement !

Logement lumineux, confortable et bien décoré. Le poêle à bois et le jacuzzi sont très appréciables. La proximité des sites touristiques du littoral est un vrai plus!

Ne pas hésiter, en deux mots : confort et calme

Gîte très bien équipé, confortable et très bien situé près du GR. Nous avons redécouvert ce que sommeil récupérateur signifiait ! Le propriétaire saura vous accueillir et vous donner des conseils selon vos envies.

Absolument rien, juste le jacuzzi mériterait un peu plus de protection et de discrétion mais cela reste néanmoins très agréable et apprécié après une journée de marche.

Super gîte, très bien équipé, confortable et notre hôte prévenant. Poêle allumé à notre arrivée et une bouteille de cidre de bien venus. Très bonne literie.

Excellent séjour !

Très bel et grand hébergement, bien rénové, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. La cheminée est très agréable en hiver et le jacuzzi est un vrai plus ! Cette maison est bien située à côté de la Pointe Saint Mathieu. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et prévenant.

Peut-être que le dortoir a l'étage est un peu froid en hiver (mon fils a finalement préféré dormir en bas).
