The ground-floor apartment features a large kitchen-living room with direct access to a beautiful, spacious balcony. Here, you can enjoy breakfast surrounded by nature. The vibrant red sleeper sofa is the perfect spot to really make yourself comfortable. Relax and admire the murals painted by African artists. The large windows, which offer a beautiful view of the garden, instantly put you in a vacation mood. If your vacation falls during the fall or winter months, you can enjoy your meals at the beautiful round wooden table in a cozy, warm, and pleasant atmosphere. Right outside your window is a small birdhouse that’s frequently visited. If you let your gaze wander into the distance, you may well spot a number of other animals. For radio or TV entertainment, an easy-to-use Grundig flat-screen TV is at your disposal. The elm wood kitchen, custom-built by a carpenter, includes a sink and a refrigerator. The stove with a ceramic cooktop and the dishwasher are by Miele. All appliances and the dishes are brand new. Under the sink, you’ll find dish towels, cleaning rags, cleaning supplies, and a small compost bin. The kitchen also includes a small selection of spices and tea. For your coffee enjoyment, there’s a kettle and a filterless coffee maker. “Frankenwald-Oase 1” has two bedrooms. The larger bedroom features a large, country-style double bed. From there, you can look directly out into nature through two large windows. A small rustic wardrobe is available for storing clothes. A wicker chair with white cushions invites you to relax. The smaller bedroom also has two windows. It features a single bed made of larch wood by a carpenter and a sleeper sofa. Here, too, you’ll find a small farmhouse-style wardrobe for storing your clothes. When the weather is nice, this room is flooded with light and makes for the perfect retreat to get cozy. An extra bed for a fifth person can be set up on the sofa bed in the living/dining room. The bathroom features a bathtub that can also be used as a shower thanks to a glass partition. It also has a small window, allowing the room to be well-ventilated. Towels and a hair dryer are provided. In the hallway, there is a small cabinet containing some cleaning supplies. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. A 100% advance payment is due 6 days before arrival. Check-in time: 15:00-18:00 or by telephone arrangement; check-out time: by 09:00. Key pickup is by arrangement. Pets are not allowed. A crib is available upon request. Included services: towels, bed linens, hair dryer, parking, and final cleaning.
