#096 Casa Antonieta 1 Cozy Stay

Location : near the beach, main square and shops. Quiet residential apartment away from the night life. Clean and modern kitchen, comfortable beds, washing machine etc.. The Home Holiday team were brilliant and so helpful checking in on us to see we were ok and the instructions and their attention to detail were second to none eg details of how to get to the property, gain entry etc… To enhance the apartment I would suggest a more comfortable couch and maybe a blind in the bedroom on the small rectangle window. All in all we enjoyed our holiday and have no problem recommending this apartment. Thank you Home Holiday team.

There was a slight smell from the bathroom which appeared to be from the town sewer but we didn’t find it too bad when we kept the bathroom door closed when not in use and added an aer freshener. It wasn’t a major problem for us. This is not a criticism, merely an observation as I’m sure it can’t be helped or the owners would have done something already.

Location is excellent. Literally walk down the hill and the restaurants and shops are there in the old town. Walking distance from the centre but far enough to not hear any of the clubs from the apartment. Was super quiet at night which was perfect. The apartment has all the cleaning facilities like ironing board, iron, drying rail, mop and bucket, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and stove.

Location wise- I would say if you have a pram, wheel chair or any problems walking, this probably isn't the place for you. It is quite steep to walk to on the cobbled streets. There isn't any ventilation in the apartment so it can feel claustrophobic. They do provide fans but there isn't any windows. Also the walls are super thin. You can hear everything from the upstairs apartment. There is also a terrible sewage smell from the bathroom. We only smelt this on our second day there so not sure if it just comes and goes. The TV in the lounge is very high up and far from the sofa so was slightly difficult to watch anything comfortably. Was a little difficult trying to find the apartment. Had to try a few doors before finding the correct one. But the instructions to open the keypad were easy to follow.

The property is big and everything is new.

I think is too hot, there is only one window and also too dark.
