The property provided very good communication on locating and accessing the apartment. It is on a very pretty alleyway, very near the beach with easy access to town. In other circumstances I would rate this apartment highly. Great space, well equipped, fairly contemporary and comfortable. Vladka, the property caretaker was very responsive.

Sadly, partly to do with time of year, a lot of maintenance was going on in nearby buildings, including next door. It was noisy Friday and Monday but OK at the weekend. We were kindly offered another, ground floor apartment next door because of the dust situation on our staircase but the recent heavy rain meant that the offered replacement had a damp smell. I'm sure it would not be the case in summer, but because of this we stayed in the original apartment (against their advice). Aside from the dust it was a good decision. Don't be fooled into thinking that the beautiful terrace shown in the photos is accessed from the apartments. It is entirely separate and is accessed from another entrance a short walk away.

Quiet and scenic location, with a short walk to the beach. Not too much further from the centre for bars and restaurants.

The ease of access for car (or taxi) is very limited, the streets are narrow so we found it necessary to walk. Not possible to park at the property. No toaster in the kitchen, when listing says there is.

Las calles en las que estaba ubicado son preciosas, está nuevo y decorado con mucho gusto. La cama muy grande y cómoda, y la cocina con el equipamiento suficiente para unas vacaciones.

Se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la calle, y a nosotros nos pilló una fiesta con música muy alta. Es difícil aparcar si no es a 10-15 minutos andando.
