Really memorable stay.

Really fun, private, comfortable space. Hot tub was perfect. Staff lovely and local pub food was lovely. Cooking facilities perfectly set up for self catering.

Could have done with salt/pepper/oil. Some kind of shelter over the hot tub would have been a bonus as we had a lot of rain, but not essential.

Lovely relaxing break overall

Location was a lovely setting and a great view, would have preferred if more spaced out to get more of a secluded space as could hear people staying next to us one of the nights until early hours. Hot tub was relaxing and well needed. Staff were informative, offered to help ourselves to any fruit on the land which was kind. Provided plenty of fire wood for fire pit. Facilities were good and handy and complimentary coffee tea sugar and milk. Weather was not the best but could not be helped but have a lovely break for a few days. Would of been nice for some complimentary homemade goods as from previous stays at different places it was a really nice touch. Provided with hot tub robes and towels which was handy. Bed was comfy to sleep in. Helping with the golf cart to take us to the yurt but no help when checking out. Overall a lovely stay and list of local places to eat on a board in the yurt.

Due to it being a Yurt/tent felt damp when waking up even though humidifiers were on. But are provided with 2 heaters also. Skylight could be cleaned so you can look at the stars in bed as had dirt moss on. Throw on bed smelt like wet dog so really should be washed after each stay personally as did put us off and there were dog hairs on the bed from this. Maybe a suggestion for a hand book or welcome leaflet to inform you how to use things in the yurt and what is also around the areas, like local walks, shops etc maybe, would be handy and there was no information on how to check out also had to message to ask about this. Staff informed us of some walks by talking to us but can easily be forgotten. Frying pan and forks need changing/ updating in the yurt as frying pan warped and kept burning at the bottom and there were only 2 forks but one was really curled and strange to eat with. Maybe a suggestion of a tray or something along the lines to cook on, on the fire pit instead of the rack provided and utensils as some had rust on them. Due to being kept outside which is understandable.

Had a restful, relaxing time in the peace and quiet of the countryside enjoying nature at its best..

Loved the Yurt. The bed was really comfortable and the hot tub was very relaxing to be in at the end of the day. Loved the fact that it was fully enclosed with its own shower unit and my dog could come and go in and out of the yurt whenever she wanted. She does not have this freedom at home. It was so quiet and peaceful area and easy to just lay out on the lounger and chill. One thing my daughter said was that she felt more relaxed in a circular room. I guess we all live in homes that have sharp edges/square rooms. It was very like sleeping/living in the Kings crown!!! For my first Yurt holiday it was a really lovely stay. So pleased I booked this holiday…

Milk was provided so was told just to ask for more. That was successful on the second day I was there but after that I asked for more milk twice on Wednesday through the email on Booking.com but got no answer to my request. I asked on Friday afternoon for some matches or a new lighter to light the fire pit as both the lighters I found in the Yurt were broken. Again no one answered so we had to forego the barbecue we had planned which was disappointing. Behind the bedside tables there was spiders webs and a very large dead spider in the top corner of the shower. So cleaning could be a bit more thoroughly done. We had everything we needed but more bin bags??

Fantastic!

Location was brilliant, really peaceful. The Orchard view yurt was fantastic. Had everything you needed inside, was warm and comfortable. The enclosed space is great and makes you feel like no one else is around. Hot tub was excellent and was so nice sat out there in the evening. The outside bbq/fire pit is great and we enjoyed a chilled evening toasting marshmallows. Having our own toilet & shower was great and literally next door to the yurt! Tv & wifi worked perfectly!

Only one small downside was the glass roof once the sun starts coming up, but I’d just bring an eye mask next time :)

Great place to relax away from work

Lovely welcome and explanation of the whys and wherefores Secluded but easily get to anywhere you might need to get to. Pub within walking distance Shops not far to drive to Hot tub was great and loved the privacy Bathroom attached to yurt and proper toilet and shower Loved the yurt itself. Very relaxed area to enjoy some time away from work

Everything. The bed was so comfortable and it was spotless in side the yurt. The shower room was excellent.

Maybe the garden could have had a little more attention given to it. Mowed the lawn and weeded maybe before we came.

Amazing stay, will definitely stay again.

Everything, from the warm reception on arrival, to being shown around the farm given lots of information. The facilities in the yurt everything you need all the creature comforts. There was a lovely pub which we visited on our stay called The Old Inn everyone was so welcoming. The hot tub was a blessing and a real treat. We drove to Brean and also Weston-super-mare so we were close to it all.

Lovely stay in the yurt, I would definitely book again. The yurt was a great size, facilities were brilliant and the hot tub was perfect. Beautiful stay and private. Sharon was friendly and accomodating. Nice area and easy to get to the beach, shops and pubs. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Above and beyond all expectations

First time glamping!!! This won’t be the last much better than a lot of hotels!!! Very comfy bed all mod cons everything you want from short stay, very friendly owners who make you feel relaxed at ease from the start, gave us a tour of the site which I can only recommend!!! Already booked for next time and can’t wait great relaxing retreat with plenty of treats on site

Fab!

Yurt was fab! The hot tub for two was fab! Well equipped kitchen, even the fridge had a little freezer section! Also some tea bags and coffee and milk! Was warm enough, with additional heaters or blankets if needed. Ponchos for hot tub were a really nice touch. Unfortunately, we ran out of time to use the fire pit, but log burner was, well, fab!! Views were great, little trellis worked well. The bathroom was just outside the yurt, and didn't feel as if it was outdoors. Was 10 out of 10, think the system scored it 8, as I did put a small smile, not a large smile, for the value for money. Will always want to pay less!! It was a really good stay.

Absolutely love being here

Absolutely love this gem of a place. It was my first time of staying here last year and now I'm back again and staying in the Yurt. It feels like coming home everyone is so friendly and lovely. All the properties they have to stay in are absolutely lovely. I seen inside, alot of work and effort have gone into each and every one.. The surrounding area is lovely and a very good pub and Chinese within 10 mins from the farm.

A beautiful glamping experience.

It was glamping at its best, with the hot tub being one of my favorite amenities. My boyfriend absolutely loved the surprise of the Yut, he loves camping and I thought this would be a good birthday treat which he loved. The Yut was lovely cosy and very warm and had so much space.

Magical, unique and cosy!

The Yurt is very spacious and well kitted out. I was worried it would be cold due to staying in January but there were 2 heaters and a log burner within the yurt itself. The hot tub was an added bonus and made our stay. The fairly lights were lovely!

It would have been nice for the garden lights to stay on for the duration of the evening so that we could find our way to the hot tub safely. I think it would also be great if there was a little garden table by the hot tub area to put drinks etc on and some hooks to hang up towels as it was too cold to not have towels beside the hot tub when getting out but unfortunately we had to put these on the cold, wet decking area.

The Ultimate Escape. Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this gem.

1st just let me say that Sharon who met us as we rocked up was terrific. Her communication was 2nd to none and she genuinely could not do enough for us. It's obvious she loves her job and her passion for the place resonated. This is the best little getaway I've booked to date. The Yurt had everything facility wise, even a hot tub and separate toilet shower block and was large and comfortable, The walks were amazing but the private, secluded grounds were by far the best feature if it's a little country retreat that you are looking for. Even our generally nervous dog was right at home. Set in a working farm with a cider apple orchard on our doorstep and stunning rolling hills and forestry. As the evening set we could see the black and grey rabbits playing at the edges of the field and even saw a couple of deer. We usually like to try different places but this one will be hard not to return to. We highly recommend. Thank You.

Just what we needed!

It was absolutely beautiful. My husband, dog and I stayed for two nights and we could not have asked for anything more. The location was perfect and private garden was a game changer for a high energy dog. We utilised the fire pit both nights and any staff we spoke to were a delight. We will definitely go back!

This was such a unique experience - we have never stayed anywhere like this. It was honestly perfect. The yurt itself was super cosy and had all the amenities you could possibly need. we had a private garden also which was huge with a hot tub at the bottom. we loved everything and would be back in a heart beat.

amazing weekend

the property was in a beautiful location, well looked after and thought about. Sharon was a lovely host, she advised us on what was around locally and how to get there and she was only a message away if we needed her! Food in the local pub round the corner is a must! the people and the food both amazing. I will be missing the hot tub and the views. we will certainly be back. thank you for a great weekend!

Highly recommend, fabulous facilities & lovely owners

I DON'T do tent or caravan holidays however my partner loves it! So as a birthday surprise with apprehension, I booked this yurt. We had a brilliant stay, incredible facilities even for this cold January weather, including heated blanket, radiator, log burner-small charge for extra logs, hot tub with WiFi-sky gazing day or night and all you need in a compacted kitchenette) We are looking forward to a returning visit, highly recommend especially for the 'camping' haters like me!
