Exceptional

Carraig Bawn is a note-perfect holiday let in an achingly pretty part of Donegal. The house is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the lovely owner Carolyn has filled it with everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable, from firewood for the log-burner to wetsuits and bodyboards. Really can't recommend it enough. We'll be back.

Everything was perfect, the house was so cosy and comfortable there was so much space for us all to relax and unwind. Anything you could need was right at hand. Carolyn was so lovely and made us feel so welcome nothing was too much hassle. We’ll surely be back

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home.

The location was perfect for us, and the house was easy to find. It was beautiful on the inside and had a spacious front and backyard. They also had a lovely greenhouse which provided us with peaches, grapes and lemons. The owners were always available to answer any questions and came to say goodbye to us on our last day. We will definitely be back.

Spacious, comfortable house

The house was so spacious, clean and well equipped. It was situated in a great location for touring Donegals Wild Atlantic way and near to the town of Dungloe which had resturants, take aways, supermarkets etc. The beds were particularly comfy, the wifi was excellent and the our door areas including a lovely green house were just beautiful. Our hosts Carolyn and Gary were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what we asked of them. I would stay here again if I was heading to Donegal and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic location in between Dungloe and Burtonport. Perfect for exploring the west coast of Donegal. The house itself is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need for your stay and the hosts couldn’t be more helpful, they really go above and beyond and are on hand to help with anything you may need. 10/10

Fab family stay ❤️

House was spotless, bedding very comfortable and absolutely everything there that you would need. We stayed for 3 nights. 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room inside and outside for everyone to have there own space.

Perfect long weekend.

Fantastic location, within walking distance from lake Meele. Only 5 min drive from the main city and the Harbor. The kitchen has all you need, including the tiny things. Gary's son helped us with the fishing equipment. We learned how to do fly fishing for the first time :). Another cool thing is a cute cat that visited us every day to get some food 🐈 . I wish to come back.
