The proximity and location of the house to the center is very good. You can visit many places in Sarajevo without a car. The house was very clean, everything we would need was there. I would advise the landlord to improve his customer relations and be more friendly. He should be a little more polite in case of minor problems :)

Very nice location, near the old town, a 10 minutes walk. The host was nice and waited for us when we arrived.
Parking is very bad. But all Sarajevo is the same. Near the city center, it's difficult to find a parking place, but not impossible.

The residence was very good, we appreciate it. Especially the distance to the oldtown Bascarsija was really pleasant. We only need 5 Min to Sebilj. The rooms are spcious and comfortable. Everything you need was there: WIFI, air conditioners (MUST HAVE at these hot temperatures in summer), washing machine, cooker, fridge, TV, etc.
