Furnished Deck, Hot Tub! Family Gem in Broken Bow

The home was really beautiful. The wood accents and flooring were stunning, the couch comfortable and the TV had many streaming services. The location was great. We enjoyed the fire pit area and the electric fireplaces. Truly our stay was wonderful and exactly what our little family needed. Our daughter loved everything about it. It was quiet and blocked all external noise. Even with my suggestions below, we would happily stay here again! Just offering specifics on feedback if the owner is looking to spruce anything up.

The playground is in very poor condition. It was so dirty and rundown I was hesitant to let my daughter climb and play but she insisted. I would strongly consider a deep clean or replacement. The back deck and front porch were very dirty with pollen and dead beetles - I understand it gets dirty fast but didn't look like either had been swept or blown off for our arrival. The hot tub worked well but wasn't in the cleanest condition. One of the bathroom doors is half off the hinges so couldn't be closed fully with ease. The bedroom blinds were all so dusty and did a poor job of blocking light - we traveled with 2 kids under 2 so we noticed this. The kitchen and cabinetry have seen better days. I would strongly recommend replacing your pots with stainless steel - something nontoxic cus teflon is poison.
