The best thing about this hotel was Eleanor she was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and she really does go above and beyond for her guests.

Such great apartments just like the pictures staff were amazing they really could not do enough for you, pool was great not too busy and only a short walk to the beach
The water pressure in one of our rooms at the bathroom sink was poor and the water temperature was temperamental other then that could not fault it!

staff were all super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pool was perfect and the room - which we were kindly upgraded for free - was very clean, comfortable and had stunning views.
only minor issue is that the wifi connection did not work in our room, but it did on the balcony and at the pool area - may just be because we had the very top room so were out of reach.

Hotel is in need of some real money spending on it ... tired inside and out ... but in fairness it is at the lower end of the price range so thats fine
