Wish we would have read more carefully as this condo is truly a 4 bedroom and a loft, which was a scenario we tried to avoid this year. My fault for not reading the listing details closely enough. We found the home nicely loaded with everything needed for a comfy stay. It was very clean and well stocked. The jacuzzi was huge (fits 9-10 folks comfortably) and the ping pong table was so much fun! We appreciated the fireplace that was easy to turn on, and the spacious 2-car garage was a lifesaver with all the snow we got while there in Mammoth. Hot water was plentiful and there were lotions, soaps, and hand sanitizer in all 4 bathrooms and kitchen. Having 2 balconies was great, too. Hard to find places like this in Mammoth! Anne was helpful and responsive, and that was also greatly appreciated!

The location is great, house size and accommodations for a large party were perfect. Couple minor plumbing issues, main area sync cold water line was a steady stream leak and the downstairs toilet flapper chain kept getting unhooked.
Probably the biggest issue we had with the place was cleanliness. Linens were not fresh and were not replaced between stays. Cough drop wrappers, ibuprofen mixed in between sheets. Prior tenant hair on the sheets. I had let the homeowner know about these things so this shouldn't be a surprise.
Hot tub was the star. It was heated to 103 and the water was clean. It was easy to get into and out of. Lastly, this place has a lot of beds and is setup for large groups. Some minor issues to deal with in terms of cleanliness and plumbing but overall we had a blast. Had to give a 3 due to the fact that the women in our group had a hard time with the linen cleanliness.
