The Landing ES1310 is an ideal 11th Street location near the beach! 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, carport parking, and a private pool! On the 1st floor, you will find the kitchen, living area, and 2 guest bedrooms & a bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a 2nd living area, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Everyone had a great time here. Distance to the everything was great! The beds are extremely comfy and exactly what you need at the end of a busy day. Took 1 star off the condition because the house needs some updates: in the kitchen cabinets & shelves hard to open or falling. Grill is in full sun. It would be great to have some shade in the back with the pool (which is the prefect size) something like a sunshade like the property next door. These updates would make this a perfect review.

This was a great house to stay with family! It was clean and very spacious. We had trouble with the tvs because they are not smart tvs but it didn’t really matter. Close to the beach and enough parking for 3 vehicles and 2 golf carts! 10/10 We are definitely staying here again.

Our annual girls trip has stayed here for years before it was sold. We have always enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location and perfect accommodations for our group of 6-8 women. Disappointed that the house hasn’t been updated to match the huge price increase. Bottom floor shower has little water pressure and shower caddy that is missing shelves so it’s just hanging in the way with no purpose. Same furniture, decorations, etc and no landscaping in pool area like there used to be so a little barren.
