This is a 3 bed, 2 bath, upstairs unit with an ocean view. Sleeps 10 with 4 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. We just doubled the size of the deck. There is a full sized washer / dryer for your use . This condo features a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have large TVs with Netflix. There is Wifi
The complex includes an outdoor pool, playground, basket ball court, and fish house. Boat / trailer parking is available. This condo is within blocks of locally acclaimed Port Aransas restaurants and has a walkway to the beach.
Located steps away from the beach and in Port Aransas, you can relax on the beach, build sand castles, play in the waves, or enjoy nice restaurants and shops around town. Hang out on the balcony with an unobstructed ocean view. When your here, you're on island time, so sit back and enjoy life the easy way, no schedules !! Our family had a wonderful time! It was our littles ones first time going to the beach and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! This little place isn’t flashy but it’s got everything you could need or want! The views are phenomenal and can’t be beat! We stayed during a full moon and it was amazing being able to walk out onto the balcony and hear the waves at night! We tried taking photos, but nothing could compare! It’s just one of those had to be their moments. Such easy access to the beach and an outdoor shower made everything so much easier for the little one. The beach was only a few skips away. We also enjoyed the pool which was rarely used so we had the entire thing to ourself! The interior is clean and cute! My little one even cried because he couldn’t keep the sea creature quilt on the bunk beds! The location is SO close to all the local eateries and there’s so many options. On our last evening, we were so tired we had pizza delivered and it was speedy and delicious! Overall, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back! For the value, this place cannot be beat! If you’re considering taking a little weekend getaway or an extended stay, look no further! You just found your next temporary home! We promise, you won’t regret it!

This was the perfect unit for our party of 8 ! My parents had the middle room with queen bed, and the boys got the bunk bed room. My sister, niece and I got the bed with 2 fulls. The living room was a great size, and we liked being able to do our laundry inside the unit. Balcony was large, with great view of the beach. Eleventh St. is so close to downtown and to the beach , it was a great location !!
