Enjoy this fabulous, quiet home with your family—it’s close to everything and promises plenty of wonderful memories.
A very charming, fully renovated 4-star house ideally located above the Côte des Basques, a 5-minute walk away; shops are a 5-minute walk away, and the city center is a 10-minute walk away.
Set on a 600 m² wooded lot with a pool.
Easy free street parking and 1 private parking space.
Very quiet setting with a small view of the sea and Spain.
The property faces south/southwest:
- on the first floor, an entryway with a closet, a large, light-filled living room with three floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen fully equipped with modern amenities, office, and laundry room, plus a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and its own bathroom and separate toilet
- on the first floor, one bedroom with a 180x200cm bed, one bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed and a loft with a single mattress, 1 attic bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed and 1 spacious bathroom with a separate toilet
- private parking with a bike storage area
The property features a 6.05x2.50 container pool with a submerged cover for safety.
As this property is rated 4*, sheets, towels, dish towels, and eco-friendly shower gel and shampoo will be provided.
To make a reservation, you must purchase vacation insurance through your insurance provider (proof of coverage required).
Due to the presence of stairs, this property is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
