About this apartment rental
Vacation Apartment 0.1 (71 square meters) is located on the first floor and is a bright, modern 3-room apartment with a southwest-facing terrace. The kitchenette and dining area are integrated directly into the living area. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The terrace is directly accessible from the living room. The living room features a 40-inch LED TV, a Yamaha stereo system with CD, USB, and Bluetooth, a Blu-ray player, and a sofa set with a recliner and ottoman.
2 bedrooms: One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV; the other bedroom has a single bed and a TV, as well as an additional sleeping cubicle.
We have a storage room available for your bicycles. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (laundry room) for a fee.
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

Kitchenette: dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 3 TVs (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom), free Wi-Fi, small hi-fi stereo system

The modern Haus Seehafen is centrally located, right on the fishing harbor. The vacation apartments on the second floor and above offer a view of Harbor Basin II. The building features free Wi-Fi and an elevator. Two of the vacation apartments allow one pet upon request. All apartments include a parking space; a washer and dryer are available in the basement, and there is also a storage room for items such as bicycles at the rear of the building. Some apartments have a beach chair on the terrace or balcony. A small playground is located next to the building, and a large adventure playground is just a few minutes’ walk away. An extra bed is available in some apartments upon request for a fee.

Eine echt tolle Ferienwohnung. 1a Lage!
Auch zu einer kälteren Jahreszeit zu empfehlen. Sie wird wirklich angenehm warm.
Und von der Kähler Vermietung gab es für den Sylvester Abend auch noch eine schöne Flasche Sekt. Perfekter Service!

Ansprechende Beschreibung des Appartements, schönes gepflegtes Haus und Anlage, ruhige Lage hinterm Deich am Hafen,
Schöne Erdgeschoßwohnung mit kleiner Terrasse, die sowohl mit Gartenmöbeln als auch mit einem Strandkorb ausgerüstet war.
Sehr angenehm die Möglichkeit, die Rollläden zu nutzen.
Komplette Ausstattung, nichts wurde vermißt. Perfekte Raumaufteilung mit ansehnlichem Mobiliar. Genügend Schränke in jedem Zimmer, um persönliche Dinge zu verstauen.
