About this apartment rental
Vacation Apartment 2.1 (71 square meters) is located on the 2nd floor and is a bright, modern 3-room apartment with a southwest-facing balcony. The kitchenette and dining area are integrated directly into the living area. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The balcony is directly accessible from the living area. 2 bedrooms.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed; the other bedroom has a single bed and a TV.
We have a storage room available for your bicycles. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (laundry room) (for a fee).
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

Kitchenette: dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 2 TVs (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom), free Wi-Fi, small hi-fi stereo system

The modern Haus Seehafen is centrally located, right next to the fishing harbor. The vacation apartments on the second floor and above offer a view of Harbor Basin II. The building features free Wi-Fi and an elevator. Two of the vacation apartments allow one pet upon request. All apartments include a parking space; a washer and dryer are available in the basement, and there is also a storage room for items such as bicycles at the rear of the building. Some apartments have a beach chair on the terrace or balcony. A small playground is located next to the building, and a large adventure playground is just a few minutes’ walk away. An extra bed is available in some apartments upon request for a fee.

Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt.

Oberflächlich gut. Fussleisten, Steckdosen staubig.
Geschirr, insbesondere die Gläser, nicht richtig abgewaschen. Glasschüssel nicht sauber.
Glasflächen der Fenster, sehr verschmutzt.
Aber: Das hat die hochwertige Einrichtung wett gemacht.
Leider gab es keine Auflagen für die Balkonmöbel.
Ständer zum Wäschetrochnen total verrostet.
