Welcome to 47 South Sea Pines Drive - a beautiful newly built, award winning home! This four bedroom, four and a half bathroom home is absolutely stunning + located close to the beach in Sea Pines. It can host a group of up to eight guests total. A short five minute walk away and you'll have your toes in the sand!

• Distance to Beach: Five Minute Walk (.25 Miles)
• Pool Info: Approximately 28' by 14' with a depth range of 3.5' to 6'. The pool area is fenced in + has plenty of seating options. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat for your stay.

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. It is quite beautiful and in a great location in Sea Pines. The home is very well stocked with kitchen items, beach towels and toiletries to get you started. The pool area is wonderful and our grandchildren really enjoyed it. We loved the decor and all the beds were very comfortable. Great area to ride bikes and just a short walk to the beach. You are within minutes of great restaurants, shopping and fun events. My grandson even had a ball touring the firehouse. The guys were great with him and gave him a complete tour.

Very pleased with this property. Absolutely beautiful details. Easy to access Sea Pines attractions. Close enough to beach, 2 min bike ride, 5 min walk. My family of 5 all had individual rooms and baths. Highly recommend this home.

We love this home and stayed here last year as well. The home is clean and comfortable, pool is great, and it’s a short walk to the beach. We go to Hilton head every summer and will continue to look to stay here as available.
