This is a newly constructed condo which sleeps 12!!! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo has a modern, open feel and cozy comfort. The kitchen has all of the tools you need to make a quick meal. There are Smart TVs in the two separate living room areas and all bedrooms for your streaming needs as well as a variety of board games to enjoy family time. The condo is also steps away from the community outdoor pool. Located between Silver Dollar City, the Branson Strip and Table Rock Lake. You can see the Branson Ferris Wheel light show from the deck, yet far enough way to avoid the noise and traffic. Perfect place to spread out after a long day. Captivating view of the strip which lights up at night from the back covered deck. TV's in each room and high speed internet with 5G Wifi. Outdoor pool only steps away. Close to the Branson strip and all of the fun attractions, but far enough away from the busy streets. We are 4 miles to Silver Dollar City, 6 miles to Convention Center, 4 miles to Table Rock marinas! If you have a larger party, we can check for opening at our other condo across the parking lot on a main level with no stairs. As you enter the building you go up one flight of stairs for entry into this condo. Additional discount for 7 or longer night stays.

Overall we had a great stay and the condo was nicely decorated, and furnished. The location was great, and easy to get to everywhere in Branson. It is critical to know clearly that this unit is a 2nd floor access with 3rd floor accessible within. You have to use stairs to get in and out every time. We did not see this clearly written in the description (it is in the description, but at the bottom under “other”). We have a son in a wheelchair, so we had to carry him up and down every day. Pros:*modern and nicely appointed condo*handy location*good communication from owner*great views with beautiful sunrises from the balcony*owner did listen to our concerns and tried to offer a solution/alternative*good amount of supplies (towels, detergent, dishwasher tabs, trash bags etc.)Cons:*2nd floor unit which was not clearly stated on the listing - only listed at the bottom of the listing - it would have been helpful to know more clearly. Owner did offer alternate 1st floor unit, but wasn’t same size and we didn’t want to split up the family. *the master bed was very firm - too firm for us and would have been made better with a foam pad/mattress topper. *pool quite small*some digging/landscaping was being done during our stay and the workers started the equipment at 7AM each day. Felt a little like a construction zone with lots of dust in the parking lot.

Check in was a breeze with the e-mailed key code. The accommodations looked new and we lacked nothing in the kitchen. The 4 kids loved the separate combo upstairs loft for sleeping & entertainment area & so did we. Along with 1 bedroom upstairs and 3 on the main floor.

We were in an upstairs Condo which had 2 floors. The teenagers had a place to play games/watch TV upstairs and the adults hung out downstairs. Big selection of board and card games to choose from. I was amazed that you could not hear the neighbors through the walls. They have good sound proof walls. The HVAC worked great. And the pool was close to our Condo. The whole family loved the place.

The only issues we had was the upstairs was hard to get cool and the primary bedroom tv wouldn't stay connected to wifi. If you have kids you might bring plastic dishes. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My family and I just stayed in this property in Branson and really really enjoyed it. We chose this property specifically for how close it is to Silver Dollar City and how easy it was to get into the Branson strip if you needed to. The property is far enough away and close enough at the same time. So much so that I'm going to have to look at acquiring a condo in this area as well ;-). If you are coming on the weekends, trim down to as few vehicles as possible since the complex runs out of parking on Sat/Sun but the rest of the week it was pretty open. I've got this owner on my list to come back to if I don't buy my own place here!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There are steps up to the main floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an upstairs with a bedroom, bathroom, open area where the bunk bed is and a very nice sitting area. All rooms had TVs and the rooms had benches in them so you had a place to put your luggage and/or sit. There is a balcony off of the Family room/Master Suite where you can sit outside with a view of Branson. The Ferris wheel gave a beautiful light show every night. You could see the mountains in the distance. The owners were quick to respond. I would recommend this property!

Just a quick trip to Branson to relive SDC memories with my daughters and create new memories with the grandsons! The condo had everything we needed all of the kids had beds, grandma and grandpa had their own bathroom and coffee in the morning! I can’t think of one thing that was lacking. I did feel sorry for the neighbors below us, the LVF didn’t do anything to soften the sound of rambunctious boy foot falls, and they weren’t good at remembering to walk instead of run. Next time I’ll request ground level.

The Master bedroom had a walk-in shower with a grab bar which was great for my mom who has a arthritic knee. Great loft area for our teen/pre-teens to hangout. Our family really enjoyed our recent stay. Our family ranged from 1 to 70 years old and all were very well accommodated in the condo. There is plenty of bedroom space, bathrooms, and living spaces; we especially liked the second floor loft area for the kids. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities we needed, the pool is steps away and the cleanliness was top notch. We will definitely book here again if we find ourselves back in Branson!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving 2022 and then over Memorial Day weekend. You can’t get a better location or view. The condo is spacious and on the top floor (stairs) so less neighbor noise. Nice view of the city lights at night and a safe - convenient location for going different directions to attractions around the area. Everything was great and we were fortunate that during the freeze we weren't cancelled. There is only one negative to the grounds of the condo and that is not enough parking for the number of condos in the complex. If you come back late at night you Will have to park on the grass or dirt. The owners had great communication and the condo was perfect for our large group.

Enjoyed the stay here and loved the location. It had a great view of everything but was tucked off of the strip enough where it was nice and quiet! A short drive to both the main strip and Silver Dollar City. The condo was clean and provided ample space for the whole family (two sets of grandparents included.) We were able to check in and out with ease. The only downside was the beds were extra firm.

This condo has it all! Plenty of room with the 4 bedrooms and loft area for all sized families. Plenty of space for everyone and spectacular views of the Branson strip. Really appreciated the extra touches of shampoo and body wash in all the bathrooms, coffee maker and pods, tons of games and plenty of towels and beach towels. Location was 5 minutes from all the sites of Branson and Ballparks of America. Kids enjoyed having the pool so close to the unit. Dwayne and Nancy were great to work with and always very prompt in communications and provided very detailed instructions. Would definitely stay here again next time! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful condo with us!
