About this apartment rental
This is a newly constructed condo which sleeps 12!!! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo has a modern, open feel and cozy comfort. The kitchen has all of the tools you need to make a quick meal. There are Smart TVs in the two separate living room areas and all bedrooms for your streaming needs as well as a variety of board games to enjoy family time. The condo is also steps away from the community outdoor pool. Located between Silver Dollar City, the Branson Strip, Ballpark of America and Table Rock Lake. You can see the Branson Ferris Wheel light show from the deck, yet far enough way to avoid the noise and traffic. Perfect place to spread out after a long day. We are 4 miles to Silver Dollar City, 6 miles to Convention Center, 4 miles to Table Rock marinas! If you have a larger party, we can check for opening at our other condo across the parking lot on a main level with no stairs. As you enter the building you go up one flight of stairs for entry into this condo. Additional discount for 7 or longer night stays.

Everything was set up for our exact needs. Communication with our host was awesome. Spectacular views from the deck! Definitely recommend!

Overall we had a great stay and the condo was nicely decorated, and furnished. The location was great, and easy to get to everywhere in Branson. It is critical to know clearly that this unit is a 2nd floor access with 3rd floor accessible within. You have to use stairs to get in and out every time. We did not see this clearly written in the description (it is in the description, but at the bottom under “other”). We have a son in a wheelchair, so we had to carry him up and down every day. Pros:*modern and nicely appointed condo*handy location*good communication from owner*great views with beautiful sunrises from the balcony*owner did listen to our concerns and tried to offer a solution/alternative*good amount of supplies (towels, detergent, dishwasher tabs, trash bags etc.)Cons:*2nd floor unit which was not clearly stated on the listing - only listed at the bottom of the listing - it would have been helpful to know more clearly. Owner did offer alternate 1st floor unit, but wasn’t same size and we didn’t want to split up the family. *the master bed was very firm - too firm for us and would have been made better with a foam pad/mattress topper. *pool quite small*some digging/landscaping was being done during our stay and the workers started the equipment at 7AM each day. Felt a little like a construction zone with lots of dust in the parking lot.
