Studio Apartments Old Town Inn and Marko

Апартаменти в серці старого міста, все поруч, 10хв пішки до пляжу, 3хв пішки до найближчих воріт. Кращої локації не знайти. Поруч кілька магазинів з їжею та купа кафе. (Але якщо вийти за ворота, то все одразу стає дешевше). Дуже привітна хазяйка, взаємодія через ватсап, без особистої зустрічі. Зручні подушки, все що потрібно є в апартаментах. Кондиціонер – те що потрібно в літню спеку! Обов'язково купіть Dubrovnik pass в туристичному центрі – він зекономить вам купу грошей.

Диван був трохи зажорсткий, дуже не вистачило якогось матрацу-топеру. Ванна кімната дуже душна і замикається на окремий ключ (вхід через спільні сходи), щоб там можливо було дихати потрібно вмикати світло завчасно (бо витяжка і світло на одному перемикачі).

Great location in old town, easily walkable to many places.

I didn’t get check in instructions until hours after the check in time in the listing and only after I messaged while in the airport asking for check in instructions. Additionally, the listing said that there was a clothes drying rack for laundry and there was none in the apartment. There were clothes pins but no rack or clothesline. I had to do laundry and had no way to dry my clothes. When I messaged the host telling them I was doing laundry soon and needed a way to dry my clothes, they took hours to respond and told me that my apartment didn’t have a clothes drying rack (even though the listing said it did). They said other apartment guests of theirs had clothes drying racks, so their solution was to tell me to knock on the doors of other apartment guests and ask to use theirs. I did and the other guests only had an outdoor clothesline accessible only through their room, not a rack that stays inside, so this was not helpful. I made do by laying my clothes on the countertop to dry, but this was inconvenient and not in accordance with the listing.

Exceptionally well located. It’s rare to find a place in the old city that does not require walking up and down tons of stairs. This truly is 5 minutes walk from Pile gate and the walk is flat. Also appreciated the items in the kitchenette were extensive enough that you could really cook if you are so inclined. Fluffy blanket on the bed made me so happy when the temperature drops at night.

Bathroom outside of the unit actually isn’t as inconvenient as I feared. It’s literally 5 feet away, you just have to go out the door and bring a key. Things I would change if possible- shower drain is so slow that I had to keep turning the shower off in the middle to avoid it flooding. It worked, but could be improved. I would also be completely clear about what shower products are included with the room or not in the ad. For example, the shower had only body wash, so I had to go out especially to buy shampoo. The building is older and that comes with the inevitable risks of being aggravating to people with allergies to mold (again, not much to be done about it but be aware before booking if this might affect you).
