Old town location, air conditioning, utensils, fridge and reasonable value for money
Missing half shower door and only one toilet roll

Location, location, location!
Only mild concerns: bathroom occasionally had a mild smell of sewer. Dish sponge was caked with food products from previous renters. Towels were old, thin, and very scratchy. While my room smelled fine, the hallway had a strong smell of stale tobacco, though after a day, someone clearly sprayed a fragrance to cover it.

Good facilities, kitchenette, comfortable beds, clean, owner quick to respond
Did not know up steep stairs and this should be mentioned when booking, extremely hard going to haul suitcases up stone steps, very noisy, upstairs neighbours stomping around all hours, not soundproof. Twin beds are just a king bed with separate linen, not actually separate beds.
