Communication on very high level - responsive and providing all necessary information. Location was very good - at Planty very close to Old Town, Wawel, Kazimierz etc. everything was nearby and easy reacheable.
There was a kitchen annex with all important servings, pots, plates and glasses.
In case of rain there were umbrellas available at the apartment.
I do not personally feel comfortable with doors without key just with the code in the handle opening doors.
There was not the best smell from the bathroom and heaters were not working all the time - I noticed that they were working in the morning not in the evenings.
There was fridge more for wine than for standard groceries.
