The location was fantastic. Central position was really good for accessing the majority Krakow attractions. The apartment was quiet. Not overlooking street so no street noise. A friendly bar at one end of the street and a little convenience store around the corner at the other end made picking up provisions very simple.
Entry instructions confusing but got there in the end. Lumpy pillows. No welcome information in the apartment at all. Never did work out how to use the coffee machine. Nasty smells coming from bathroom drains. Not enough comfy seating. Handle broken on bathroom door - got stuck in one day. General description/pictures made it appear much bigger and more luxurious than it actually is.
