Good location close to train station. can get train very easy to airport. door and key codes sent in advance.

Perfectly located between the old town and the Jewish Quarter, this was a quiet street, but walkable to everywhere important within Krakow. The building was grand and impressive, and was very well kept inside in the common areas as well as the flat itself. We liked the small garden at the rear of the building. The electronic code access and lockbox made for easy access for two separate couples The flat itself was modern, tidy, and apart from one of the air-conditioning units not being functional at the time of visit was very well presented.

This apartment was decorated beautifully, very spacious and comfortable. Also the location was excellent.

The apartment was clean and well equipped on arrival. Breakfast was round the in a cafe, the menu was ok with a choice of pastries, cobs, English breakfast and various European toasted sandwiches along with choice of hot and cold drinks. The food off the hot menu was plentiful and tasty. It was within walking distance of the castle and the main square.

We stayed in Room 208, this is up 2 flights of stairs, there is no lift, and the outlook from the balcony is awful and depressing - unkept buildings and overgrown gardens. Despite making the owners, prior to arriving, aware we were travelling with 2 young adults with special needs, they didn’t make contact to see what their needs were. They were totally thoughtless in this respect. We went to the apartment and messaged the owners to make them aware it was unsuitable, but they stated there was nothing else to offer, with no offer of a refund so we could find alternative accommodation which was plentiful. They even asked if they were wheelchair users and if we’d be ok getting them up the stairs! The two flights of stairs was a real struggle for both of them causing one who has congenital heart problems to get chest pains and breathlessness, and to become very distressed. After a long days of walking, and being tired we dreaded returning, knowing we had the dreaded stairs to climb. Due to the bed being up against the wall and high, my friend chose to sleep on the sofa. Also, please be mindful there’s no cable or terrestrial TV, my iplayer account just showed an error message. We did inform reception but unfortunately they couldn’t do anything to help.
