Great location. Includes breakfast. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable and quiet. A/c works great. Washing machine was great. Everything you need. Excellent communication with hosts.
Only “want” would be a toilet seat on the toilet. I understand it’s an Italian thing, but something foreign to many and uncomfortable.

Hosts are lovely
The sofa bed really isn’t comfortable. Our teenage girls complained ++. The mattress needs to be replaced. Some tiles are dangerously loose on the floor both upstairs and down. Beware of the parking if you have a car. You can get in only if not full. The guys at the closest one recommended down the street was charging us 50 euro a day.
