La struttura si trova in pieno centro, in una posizione strategica: in soli 2 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il mare. È comodissima, con il salumificio di fronte, una gioielleria proprio sotto casa e il bar accanto. Il mini appartamento è davvero carino e dispone di un balcone che gira tutto intorno alla casa. È composto da due camere da letto e un ingresso spazioso con cucina attrezzata di tutto punto, inclusa la lavatrice. Siamo stati benissimo! Un ringraziamento speciale a Gianluigi per la sua infinita disponibilità e pazienza: ha risposto prontamente a tutti i miei '3000' messaggi. Eravamo un po’ preoccupati per il parcheggio, trovandosi la casa in zona ZTL, invece lo abbiamo trovato subito. Consigliatissimo!
Se proprio devo trovargli un difetto, in camera da letto mancava un comodino, ma niente il cellulare l’ho appoggiato a terra.

L’appartamento è un po’ antiquato; il bagno ha una vasca senza tende o coperture, quindi si allaga facilmente. Non è provvisto di ventole ed è presente un piccolo abbaino che non si apre.
