Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti presso questa struttura, in pieno centro, ampio appartamento, 2 camere separate, pulito, silenzioso, letti comodi, proprietario super disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta; ottima colazione, compresa nel prezzo, presso bar pasticceria Tiffany a 100m dalla struttura. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Posizione centralissima nel centro storico di Catanzaro e a due passi dalla fermata dell'autobus. Colazione offerta al bar. L'appartamento era abbastanza pulito.
Il WiFi in relatà non c'è, anche se c'è scritto nella descrizione. Tutto pulito, ma anche la coperta ogni tanto andrebbe lavata, c'era qualche macchia e qualche buco. La pressione della doccia era così scarsa che ho dovuto staccare il soffione per far uscire un po' d'acqua.

La ubicación es muy buena en pleno centro y cerca de la parada del autobus que lleva a la estación. La habitación es amplia, cuenta con cocina y buen baño.
No pudimos dormir nada. Toda la noche hubo un ruido muy fuerte en el altillo como de agua cayendo. No hay espacio para sentarse en el vater, está muy cerca de la ducha
