Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, das Haus zur Alleinnutzung liegt trotzdem in einem sehr ruhigen Umfeld - jetzt Anfang Mai zumindest. Es gibt drei Terrassen, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut.
Die Haus- und die Terrassentür im EG sind von innen nicht abschließbar. Das WC im EG ist ein wenig "un-intim" durch eine nicht ganz zureichende Schiebetür. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Hat uns nicht gestört, es gibt ja ein Bad im 1. Stock.
