Good location and surroundings.
Rather cramped bedrooms. Small lounge meant we couldn’t sit together in the evening.

A nice cake on arrival. Lovely outlook over orchard. Efficient heating system (but seemed to shut down a bit early in the evening). Generously proportioned shower. Excellent region for visits.
Shower cubicles needed non-slip mat, grab rail, shelf for soap. No teapot or tea strainer! Living space fine for the two of us but would have been cramped for four. Air extractors running continuously with background hum.

It was a really nice touch leaving a home made cake, tea, coffee and milk.
If I had to give a negative, it would be that the heating went off completely at night and it was very cold, we were unable to adjust it ourselves. And for the couple of evenings that we were in, the tv’s signal wasn’t that great.
