Breakfast was fine. We also ordered dinner, which was also good. Glad that there was a bar, where we had drinks. The bartender was a bit surly. Room was surprisingly nice, comfortable and pleasant. On our trip we stayed in 5 hotels and Hampton, Dalhart, was the best.

Newly built, clean, fantastic staff, great breakfast.
The only complaint I had and would not take anything from the business is the fact that many customers were using 2 parking spaces and were no space left for us. Staff was amazing trying to sort this out.

Location, hotel appearance.
Arrival was haphazard. No staff on hand. Not greeted as Honors member, no amenities provided, ie, bottled water. Wheel set up for guests to spin as Honors member but staff didn't recognize my Honors status.

Clean
My husband slipped at the pool and I informed staff. Also wrote a letter to management with pictures of my husbands badly bruised hip. No response.
